A Message To Democrats and (ESPECIALLY) Republicans

Are today's republicans also conservatives? Absolutely not.

I think its high time we define what it means to be a conservative and realize that calling yourself a republican is not, by ANY means, a conservative identification.
No congress, with the exception of the current democratic house, has blown through more money than the previous republican house. Heck, that's the reason why we have president-elect Barack Hussein Obama. America was sick and tired of republican spending. Especially since that spending favored the wealthy.

Obama said "change" and the people were game. It didn't necessarily matter what the nature of these changes were. Even if those changes included socialism. People wanted to punish President George W. Bush and the republican party he affiliates himself with to suffer for their wrongs. Truly, no man has hurt the cause of conservatism more than President Bush and, no party more than republicans .
Before we discuss the distinction between being a conservative and being a republican we should first define conservatism. Before you respond, please refrain from bringing a pocket knife to a gun show by quoting Webster. Most poly-sci books define conservatism using the phrase "maintenance of the status-quo." Democrats and modern liberals will take this and say "Yea! And our current 'status' is pathetic!". They are right. Our status is pathetic.

But is that really a conservative? Someone who just wants to keep things as they are? You ask a republican and he or she will tell you that conservatism is an attempt to protect "traditional American values." When you hear a republican utter this phrase from what seems to be right out of "Little House on the Prairie" please note: that person is probably not a conservative.
At this point, the "traditional American values" crowd starts to argue why religion should be in our government workings (schools, etc.). At this point do me a favor...slap them in the kidney and SCREAM "you are NOT a conservative!". To my friends who think religion SHOULD be in the classroom and in the legislature let me ask you a simple question: what if a different religion becomes the majority? Say, Islam. Fast forward 10 years and you women would be being fitted for a burka right about now. I love Christ just as much as the next guy but I, however, don't think He needs a government permission slip to make his presence known.

Ok so if conservatism has nothing to do with religious "traditional" values then what is it? One word: (the) Constitution. A true conservative is not trying to preserve religious values or whatever it was that was going through the minds of the pilgrims but rather The Constitution of the United States and, especially, it's Bill of Rights. To be a true conservative means to advocate the preservation of Constitutional law and principles. I keep a pocket Constitution in my pocket (to be redundant) and read it regularly (if you wish to be equally patriotic /dorky visit The Heritage Foundation for a free copy). Helen Keller could read the thing and tell you what responsibility it assigns to the government. The government's ONLY responsibility is to protect and conserve an individual's right to "life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness (sub. pursuit of happiness for "property" per the Declaration)." That's it. Case closed. That's ALL the thing allows the government to do to and on behalf of the individual. It is the INDIVIDUAL’S responsibility to create a life for him or herself.
Look at how far we have fallen from these principles today. Where once we were free to speak as we saw fit, we now have censors that are to do the parenting for us and a department of education that tells us how our kids are to be educated. Where once we were able to keep the money we earned for ourselves and for our families, we now have a confiscatory tax structure. Where once we were able to keep and maintain our land, we now have eminent domain. Folks, the list goes on.

Who's to blame? Democrats and modern liberals are naturally responsible for the confiscation of property through the application of redistributive and Marxian principles to our bank accounts.

Punish those who allocated their rights efficiently by taking money from them and giving it to those who did not. They make us overachieving bastards feel guilty by calling their beneficiaries "the less fortunate" as if the slightest success was the result of "good fortune." Through this semantical word play, they tell the successful individual that his or her success is only the result of luck; that the dice-playing gods bestowed success upon us. How insulting.
I'd like to pause and say something to the democrats and modern liberals directly: you have absolutely NO business in my wallet. None. Nadda. Zip.

Now you, republicans. Stop calling yourselves conservatives! Sure the democrats brought the money in but you are JUST as guilty with the way you spent it. Once you regained control in congress you had a golden opportunity: return the taxpayer's money to....who is that? THE TAXPAYERS. But you squandered that opportunity, didn't you? You filled the legislature with just as much pork as the democrats...if not more! Oh...and No Child Left Behind? Nice one there pubs. Threw money at a horrible Department of Education. That's like trying to fix a deadbeat rich kid who grew up with no lessons in responsibility by giving him money!

Still more republican violations...you feel like it's important that you control what's on someone else's TV. You feel like censoring someone else's kid's entertainment will make your kid behave and decrease the possibility of a backseat romp. How dare you think you have the right to do the parenting for someone else. You also, for some reason I can't figure out, take issue with what two consenting adults do in the privacy of a bedroom. Here is where the "traditional American values" usually comes up among the republican crowd who try to describe themselves as conservatives. Give me a break.

There are so many more republican and democratic violations of The Constitution. I could literally fill a whole book on these crimes.

Look...Republicans, I understand you feel that you have the right to intrude on someone else's liberty and pursuit of happiness. Democrats, I understand (ok not really but for the sake of argument) you feel you have the right to steal from and violate the rights one person and give it to another. However, I do have something to say to each of you:

Dems: You know how I feel. I don't like you. You feel you have the right to reach into other people's bank accounts and give what you find to someone else. If an individual did what you are doing as a democrat driven congress, he or she would be arrested and prosecuted for felony fraud. If I rob a bank and take all the money to the poor house I am still guilty of theft. I took it from someone who earned it.
Republicans: I used to be among you. That is, before I read the Constitution. You feel like you have the right to control a family's and individual's very lives. You use "traditional American values" as a catchphrase allowing you to pontificate the intrusion of government into the lives of Americans; subsequently violating each of our rights. You (rightfully) persecute the democrats for illegally confiscating money from the pocketbooks of the Americans who earn it yet spend that very money like a redneck at a yard sale. Most importantly, STOP CALLING YOURSELVES CONSERVATIVES!!

So to you both...do me a favor and make up your mind. Either:

a) Recognize the individual's unquestionable right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Only support candidates who uphold the Constitution and advocate that the individual has the right to do whatever he wants, whenever he wants; as long as it doesn't interfere with someone else's rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.

b) Refrain from celebrating freedom on July 4th. It makes me sick. You people want true freedom about as much as cancer and you frankly belong in a dictatorship.


If you are still a dem or "traditional" republican....I hope NOT to see you on the 4th or the polls, for that matter. Oops too late.

More on Islam

If you thought I was a right-winged bigot before, wait till you get a load of this. Do I see myself as a right-winged bigot? No, not on most issues. But regarding Islam, however, I am guilty as charged. You see, I am not afraid of offending Muslims any more than I am of offending Christians (of whom I happen to be), Jews, and athiests.

Most of America, especccccccccially the left, are outright cowards and hypocrites when it comes to Islam....only ISLAM. The left want us to respect the word Islam yet accept the term 'fundamentalist Christian' as a punch line.

The New York Times is a real ring leader in this regard. They are so critical about how Muslims are treated and passed strong judgements through their regular columns and editorials about the cartoon in Belgium. Unless you have been living under a rock, you know what I am talking about. A Belgian newspaper had a cartoon where Muhammad was depicted with a bomb as a turban. How DARE they disrespect the Muslim people. Here's the funny part though...Chris Ofili... he is famous for his “Holy Virgin Mary" painting. This, however, is not your average Mary painting. This little gem was made using porn cut-outs and elephant dung.

How did the left treat this one? The NYT praised it and rendered it as a 'creatively artistic and unique approach towards depicting the "Virgin Mary".' What happened when Christians expressed outrage? We were portrayed as lacking artistic appreciation. Sooooo...let me get this straight....you are allowed to depict the Virgin Mary using turds and Penthouse but some dinky newspaper in Belgium can't depict the "peaceful" Mohammed with a bomb on his head? Using INK!?

Let's take a look at the reactions to these situations: Christians reacting to the Virgin/crap painting? A few of them expressed disapproval by writing letters to the Brooklyn Museum asking them to take it down. Some appealed to Major Guiliani. Muslims? Well, they rioted and blew a bunch of crap up. I'm considering commissioning an artist to paint me a picture of Mr. Mohammed using urine, semen, and elephant dung. Think they would be mad?

I look at the difference in reactions and ask myself....what is it about these terrorists that makes them tick? Why do they hate us SO much? I came up with a terrifying answer. THEIR RELIGION. Don't believe me yet? Here a few quotes from the little darling's "spiritual text"...

Qur'an:9:5 "Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war."

Qur'an:9:29 "Fight those who do not believe until they all surrender, paying the protective tax in submission."

Ishaq:325 "Muslims, fight in Allah's Cause. Stand firm and you will prosper. Help the Prophet, obey him, give him your allegiance, and your religion will be victorious."

Qur'an:8:39 "Fight them until all opposition ends and all submit to Allah." Qur'an:8:39 "So fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief [non-Muslims]) and all submit to the religion of Allah alone (in the whole world)."

Ishaq:587 "Our onslaught will not be a weak faltering affair. We shall fight as long as we live. We will fight until you turn to Islam, humbly seeking refuge.

Bukhari:V4B53N386 "Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah alone or pay us the Jizyah tribute tax in submission. Our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says: 'Whoever amongst us is killed as a martyr shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever survives shall become your master.'" Isn't this one precious?

MY FAVORITE: Qur'an:47:4 "When you clash with the unbelieving Infidels in battle (fighting Jihad in Allah's Cause), smite their necks until you overpower them, killing and wounding many of them. At length, when you have thoroughly subdued them, bind them firmly, making (them) captives. Thereafter either generosity or ransom (them based upon what benefits Islam) until the war lays down its burdens. Thus are you commanded by Allah to continue carrying out Jihad against the unbelieving infidels until they submit to Islam."

If practiced in full, Islam is perhaps the most deadly force on the planet. In Guantanamo Bay, inmates are each given fresh new copies of the Qu'Ran. Are you KIDDING!? That's like giving Jeffrey Dahmer the Joy of Cooking!!! Folks, we have to stop being so politically correct and realize our truth. We are not fighting a War on Terror. Terror is a tactic. This is a War on Fundamentalist Islam.

There are many people I know who claim to be Muslims. Some of the best and kindest people I have ever met. However, their kindness is IN SPITE of their religion. As you can see in the above quotes, Islam teachings instruct believers to hate and kill infidels (those who don't believe in Mohammed- aka ME).

Sorry, but I am just not wired to be down with a religion that wants me dead. And I'm definitely not wired to watch the P/C left wing nut jobs convince you and your's that America is 'mean to Muslims'. Listening to them whine about Guantanamo makes me want to PUKE. Hey, I say that if you can pay someone in LA to do it to you, it's not torture. And waterboarding? Boo.HOO. If you ask me, America isn’t mean enough.

If we said the same things about Muslims that the left says about Christians, we would all be slaughtered (yes I know there are left wing Christians..don't get me started). If you have a problem with what I am saying then I beg you to answer this question: Why is it okay to say things about Christians but not Muslims? Especially when Muslims are the ones that want us to die….?

One thing that I think that would protect us is racial/gender profiling in public arenas (airports, etc.). Did you know that every terrorist attack on U.S. soil since the late 70s has been conducted by male Muslims...100% of them. Oh and don't try to knock me down by throwing out qoutes on McVeigh and Colombine. They aren't terrorists. They didn't do what they did to achieve an end or address a grievance. They did it to kill. Muslims are doing it to restore the Muslim caliphate (research this- TERRIFYING).

This is not me being a bigot or me profiling. When it's 100%, it's no longer called a profile. It's called a description of the suspect.

The Curious Logic of a Liberal

Last night I couldn't sleep. Instead of lying awake awkwardly with my eyes open I decided to pull out my notebook and jot down a few things about my passion (disdain for liberals). It blows my mind how ridiculous some of their logic can be. Here are just a few...more to come.

• Obesity is a huge (no pun intended) problem/ Starvation is also a huge problem.

• "We [liberals] celebrate diversity and differences" / if you disagree with Darwinian theory or oppose abortion than you are a stupid and/or 'dangerous'

• Save the trees/ allow aborting a human fetus

• Race: Claim to fight for equality yet when it comes to the workplace and education, affirmative action takes hold and places the minority about everyone else. I.e, the best way to fight discrimination is through discrimination. Oh, I see. I suppose the best way to fight rape is through rape?

• Bush mastermind 9/11. This is interesting when considering the constant banter that Bush is an idiot.

• Liberals claim to be "pro-choice" yet oppose adoption organizations counseling pregnant mothers on adoption. So pro-choice REALLY means "pro-abortion".

• Claim to feels sorry for Americans who can't fill their gas tanks yet protest the drilling of oil (which, as anyone with the IQ above a toaster knows, will decrease our price on oil).

• Liberals morned the executions of Tookie Williams, Ted Bundy, and other darlings on death row yet get an erection at the thought of a CEO going to jail.

• Liberals demanded that mortgage companies make loans to poor people yet, in the wake of Fannie and Freddy's collapse, accuse mortgage companies of "irresponsible lending."

• Republicans are racists. Many liberals bring up the 3/5 compromise as being an idea of the Republican party at the time. Yea, damn straight. Anybody who paid attention in middle school history knows that this was done so slave owners couldn't force their slaves to vote/act how they wanted. The purpose was to make sure the slave states didn't outnumber the free states. Republicans are the folks who freed the slaves.

• Worst economy in decades. Solution? A tax increase!!

• Liberal Hollywood bemoans the poor poor pitiful poor while demanding millions for each film they star in.

• Claim they want the 'working man' to be successful yet punish him/her when he achieves success.

• What in the hell is the 'working class.' If you make a good income does that mean you aren't 'working'?

• Impeach Bush / worship Clinton...hey, Clinton lied to our faces...WHILE shaking his finger at us. Guess what? The whole world thought there were WMDs in Iraq.

• Liberal feminists want 'equal rights' with men. Cool. All for it. But do me a favor...don't gripe about maternity benefits. You want equality, you got it.

• Students hang a mannequin of Obama at KU. Their purpose was to display humorous disdain towards Obama (NOT his race). 2 guys in LA (of course...where else?) hang a display of Sarah Palin and the left claims it to be 'humorous expression.' Which is it? Can you or can you not make jokes about public officials being hanged?

• Against cruelty to animals (despite the fact that, barring human interference, animals are cruel to each other) but have no problem sticking a fork in an unborn baby's skull.

• Demand tolerance towards Muslims/ are anything but tolerant towards Christians

• Liberals claim Christianity is bigoted towards homosexuals...hey, you should see what your pals the Muslims do to them.

• Liberal ivy league schools now have "free speech zones" in which conservative students are 'allowed' to debate. This used to comprise of a somewhat larger zone known as the United States of America.

• "Iraq isn't our civil war to fight" / "we must interfere in Darfur's civil war" Has anyone heard an exit strategy for Darfur, because I haven't?

• If communist czar Joseph Stalin had targeted blacks then we would have a Joe McCarthy day. McCarthy made being a communist shameful. Liberals whined. Not unless a minority is being oppressed do they feel satisfied.

• "Palin didn't have enough experience to be vice-president". Hey, guess what. She was governor of a resource-rich state. Obama was on the Senate for 3 years. Obama's experience pails in comparison to Palin's. He isn't any more qualified than she is for vice president. Let alone, president!

• The New York Times and other left-leaning publications criticized a Belgian newspaper for publishing a cartoon in which Mohammad was depicted with a bomb. However, when the artist Ofili's 'The Holy Virgin Mary' was published in a New York museum, the NYT praised it. No problem, right? Oh, wait....I forgot to mention that he painted the picture using elephant dung and porn-mag cut outs. It's okay to be critical of religions as long as it's not Islam.

These are just a FEW of the hypocrisies liberals engage in on a daily basis. I haven't decided yet whether or not I am going to elaborate on any of these points. Either way, expect more soon. Thanks, Nash.

Guantanamo, The Joy of Cooking, and Islam

B. Hussein Obama has repeatedly indicated that he plans to close the United States base in Guantanamo bay, Cuba. The shut-down will not, however, be because of a lack of inefficiency. President elect Obama and several other liberals suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Compassion Disorder feel that the United States is just a smidge too mean to these guys. The feel that inmates are being bullied at this facility.

Here is a list of some of the bullying tactics:
- Taxpayer support for prosthetic limbs. The injuries incurred by these little darlings were the result of the very explosion they tried to kill civilians with. (See Abdullah Massoud's procedure in 2001 which cost the U.S. Taxpayer between ($50,000-75,000)

- Menu items such as: Glazed orange chicken, fresh fruit, and rice pilaf

- It is one of the only detention facilities in the world where prisoners are leaving with weight GAIN.

- Upon leaving, each inmate is provided with a new copy of the Koran and a fresh pair of jeans





Wait... they are given a copy the KORAN? I like how Ann Coulter equated this provision with "giving Jeffrey Dahmer 'The Joy of Cooking.'"

And don't give me any of this crap about Judeo-Christian teachings being chalked full of violence. 2 things:

a) it was God doing the violence in the Old Testament, not His believers. In the Koran, God needs impressionable idiots to do it for him.

b) forgiveness is the cornerstone of the New Testament. Forgiveness, in Islamic texts, is considered weak. Oh wait! There is a stipulation...if they convert to Islam THEN you can forgive them. Until then, they are on us non-Muslims like a rabbit on a cheetah.

Christian text says "Love your enemies." Islamic text tells you to kill them (but ONLY after given an opportunity to convert to Islam...at knife-point, obviously). Don't get me wrong...there are plenty of wonderful people who call themselves Muslims. They just choose to ignore certain tidbits from the Koran.

So here is the painful truth...the teachings of the Koran and the expansion of Islam are perhaps the most dangerous threats our society faces today.

Let's call this war what it is. War on Terror? No. That's like saying War on Meanness. This is a War on Islamic Fascism.

Maybe He is Starting to Get It

So here we are...election is over. People are still going NUTS over this guy.

Obama 'Reaching Across the Aisle'

Well, we lost the election. There was, however, some good news. Barack Hussein Obama informed me in his victory speech that he was going to reach across the aisle. Maintain a cabinet of bipartisan officials to run the country and help him "earn" the support of those who didn't vote for him.

How does he do this? Well, first he chose Rahm Emanuel for his Chief of Staff. Bipartisan? Oh sure. He's head of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Oh, by the way...I should mention that one of this fellow democrats moved to the Right side of the aisle. What did he do? Oh nothing...well, if you consider mailing a rotting fish to someone who disagreed with you 'nothing.'

Ok, what about his Secretary of State? Surely given the delicate views from the public on foreign policy he would chose someone who would be embraced by both sides of the aisle. So who does he appear to have picked? Sources say that the lucky lady is none other than the Jr. Senator from New York- Madame Hillary Clinton. She has gone on and on about her extensive experience in foreign policy.

Okay......let's play ball. What successful foreign policy accomplishments does Madame Hillary claim to have been instrumental in? Macedonia, Bosnia/Kosovo, and Northern Ireland. She claims to have been a key player in putting a stop to the conflicts which plagued these 3 nations during Billy's administration. Time for a little fact check:

• Macedonia- Hillary claims to have "negotiated open borders" in the country in an effort to provide an escape for fleeing Kosovo refugees. What actually happened? The border opened up before she even arrived.
• Northern Ireland- Queen Pant-Suit claims to have "helped bring peace to Northern Ireland." However, you ask Lord Trimble of Lisnagarvey (the First Minister of Northern Ireland and a Nobel Peace Prize winner) how she contributed to "bring peace" and he laughs. "I don't know there was much she did apart from accompanying Bill going around" he said. The Lord went on to say "I don't want to rain on the thing for her but being a cheerleader for something is slightly different from being a principle player."
• Kosovo-Hillary also claims to have been instrumental in ending the conflict in Kosovo. Really? I mean..really? Sure, if you consider touring the country with the prince of peace Sinbad, the Tennessee diplomat/country singer Sheryl Crow, and her gorgeous daughter Chelsea a diplomatic 'negotiation.' Folks, that's all she did in Kosovo- toured refugee camps with a guy who plays a 8ft tall genie, a mediocre country singer, and a daughter who is ugly as sin.

So when it comes to her ability to direct our nation's foreign policy operations I am supremely concerned. Not to mention that she is one of the most partisan politicians in the Senate. But some of you say "ohhhh, but her husband had such good diplomatic relations with foreign leaders." FINE. Put him in the cabinet. Not his wife.

About Libertarianism

In the wake of the Nov 4, 2008 tragedy (the election of Barack Hussein Obama) it seems necessary that those interested in the strength of this nation take a look back and review the principles of the Constitution of the United States. It has become apparent that the majority of our nation no longer votes to elect officials who uphold the Constitution. Both parties have completely gone down the crap shoot.

The Republican party has gone fiscally insane when it comes to spending. They voted for No Child Left Behind and for the 700 billion dollar bailout. This goes completely against their supposed philosophy of CONSERVatism.

And the Democrats? Where do I begin? At least they don't claim to be fiscally conservative. Almost every vote cast by a democrat involves an increase in spending. Democrats and liberals feel that the government should be America's nanny. However, this nanny doesn't punish you when you behave badly. She simply prevents you from feeling the consequences of your actions. When a child goes unpunished he or she usually turns out to be a completely dependent and worthless brat. America's brats are the beneficiaries of government programs (welfare, social security, etc). America's nanny? The Democratic Congress and as of January 4, 2009- President Obama. Democrats punish success and reward ignorance.

So what about the libertarians? Although most Americans harbor strong libertarian beliefs the libertarian policy has never cut the mustard when it comes to electability. We are socially liberal so the republicans (not to be confused with conservatives) disapprove of us and we are fiscally conservative so the democrats can't stand us. Here are some of the things the party stands for (later I will list my personal stance on a variety of issues):

• Laissez-faire principles which limit the state's role in the economy. By this principle, libertarians advocate the elimination and/or privatization of Social Security and Welfare, limited regulation of business, limited regulation of trade, and fewer labor laws.
  
• Protection of Property rights!!!!!
  
• The government's only responsibility is to protect our individual rights from the 'initiation of force or fraud.'
  
• Opposes civil rights laws (ex: affirmative-action and non-discrimination)
  
• Unrestricted rights to the means of self-defense (guns, mace, etc.)
  
• Abolition of victimless laws (ex. seat-belts, prostitution, censorship, use of controlled substances, fraternization).
  
• Free trade
  
• Hard currency
  
• ABOLITION OF ALL FORMS OF TAXPAYER-FUNDED ASSISTANCE: (Welfare, food stamps, public housing, health care).
  

So those are pretty much the basics. Basically our entire view can be summed up in one word: freedom. We believe that you can do whatever you want, whenever you want as long as it doesn't interfere with another citizen's rights. What people do to or with themselves is no business of mine, yours, and the government's. That includes screwing up your life or becoming a success.

My Views on the Issues- Have Your Insults Ready

Since I don't agree with all libertarian issues I decided to take a moment to lend my opinion on the following issues:

• Abortion- totally against it. In all other matters I am pro-choice. However, injecting poisonous saline solution into the brain of an infant (aka murder) should NOT be a choice unless the birth will cause death to the mother.

• Affirmative Action- Deplorable. Advocates of this monstrosity say it promotes equality. Idiots. Do you really think having to check a box identifying the color of your skin on job/college apps promotes EQUALITY!? For true equality, race/gender shouldn't even be an option on applications.

• Capital Punishment- Absolutely for it. However, I feel that these people sit too long in our prison systems while we pay for their daily/revolting existence. It is because of this I feel that they should be granted priority appeals should they choose to do so. This would be completed in a matter of 12 days. If they do not get the appeal they are to be executed within the following 6 days. No more of this 12 year crap while we foot the bill.

• Censorship- totally unconstitutional. This is YOUR job parents. NOT the government's.

• Current Congress- Horrible. Terms should be shortened to prevent abuse of power. That said, I feel that congress should be given greater jurisdiction to pass laws in their on states. No wonder people aren't showing up at the polls. They feel totally disconnected from government. I also feel that this localized congress should vote for president. I am sick of each election being this presidential beauty pageant.

• Education- Absolutely heinous. I think the Department of Education should be abolished and all parents should receive vouchers (privatization of education) to choose a school that they feel is best fit for their child. That way, schools will have to compete to get kids' butts in the desks. The effect? Bad schools will close and, through competition, schools will have to work harder to keep parents from sending students elsewhere. Results? Better schools. Brighter kids. Do you not find it odd that while our higher education system (majority privatized) is the best in the world, our K-12 public schools are a joke?!

• Energy- drill baby drill. I am absolutely for eliminating our dependence on foreign oil. To do this I think we need to do two things. First, we need to stick those wells in the ground and get that oil out of Alaska and the Dakota's. The Federal government (specifically, the democrats) has NO right to tell states what they can and can't do with THEIR land. Secondly, we need to work on clean technology whereby oil won't even be an issue.

• Flag Burning- I think its disgusting and I would severely hurt anyone I saw doing it. But unlawful? No. It is protected under free speech.

• Free trade- yes

• Gay Rights- What people do in their sex life doesn't effect individuals anyone else but those involved. It doesn't bother me and, more importantly, has nothing to do with the Constitution.

• Global Warming- It is happening but we don't know that it is because of human actions and not a natural cycle. Livestock emissions effect greenhouse gasses more than cars. This is a fact. In the 20s we had a global cooling scare. 10 years later- global warming scare. 15 years after that- global cooling scare. Today- global warming. Which is it?

• Globalization- USA is the world's police and all we get is griping for it. I think we should let the world have what it wants. Life without the United States. I think we should pull out of the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, etc. We should also kick the UN out of their east river diggs and let them go to a different country. See how the world bows down at our feet asking for us to come to the rescue. It is at this point i would simply tell them to go away.

• Gun Control- People have the right to bare arms. The democrats want to stop that. Why? Because that means bigger government. Do you really feel comfortable with the government being the only ones with guns?

• Healthcare- Socialized medicine is awful. Are you for it? Not sure? Well let me help you. Take all the emotions associated with going to the DMV, Social Security office, post office, and put those feelings in the waiting rooms of doctors' offices. THAT'S socialized medicine.

• Illegal Immigration- I feel that we should give CURRENT immigrants the right to EARN citizenship but we should shoot on site any individuals who try to enter the country illegally from this point forward.

• Marijuana Legalization- Our war on drugs is ridiculous. If somebody wants to mess up their life in the privacy of their own home, that is their affair. Fighting drugs makes drug lords richer because increased efforts to fight leads to increased prices associated with risk on behalf of the dealer. Instead of fighting drug users- we should be pushing for treatment. Not incarceration.

• Media Bias- Obviously it exists. New York Times is the most obvious. Economics is where the bias hurts us. Every day we are constantly told that the sky is falling financially and they are always proven wrong.

• Minimum Wage- If you are above the age of 25, not mentally/physically handicapped, have been in the work force for more than 6 months, live in this great country of ours, and STILL can't seem to make above minimum wage then you are a pathetic loser and don't deserve to be bailed out by the taxpayers. Only government could come up with a system where you reward bad behavior and punish good behavior.

• Outsourcing- This sucks and it is happening because of minimum wage laws. If you are for minimum wage requirements don't you complain to me about outsourcing. If you are a business and you are being asked by your country to pay an employee for more than they are worth, what do you do? Take your business elsewhere.

• Right to Die- Keeping Terry Schiavo was a horrible effort on behalf of the republicans. She was later found to be brain dead (85% of her brain had turned to liquid). Why in the WORLD would they not allow this woman to die. Not be killed, but ALLOWED TO DIE.

• School Prayer- In private schools I am all for it but it is unconstitutional for teachers (government employees) to lead prayer in public schools. Before you go off on me, notice my stance on education. I think public schools should be abolished.

• Separation of Church and State- absolutely necessary. God doesn't need a government permission slip to make his presence known.

• Social Security- See my comments on minimum wage. We are currently paying for current retirees and not one CENT is being set aside for our retirement. SOCIAL SECURITY WAS NOT CREATED FOR RETIREMENT

• Stem Cell Research- for it

• Taxes- The adoption of the Fair Tax. This means the elimination of the IRS and, in it's place, institute one national sales tax.

• Constitution- the most important government document ever written.

• Unions- Awful. If you need someone else to make sure you have a job you really suck and should probably not leave your house/kill yourself. Dems want to eliminate the secret ballot. The secret ballot is a system where you can sign a petition in public saying you want a vote to take place as to whether or not to unionize. The secret ballot, however, is private. Nobody knows how you voted. That means that unions are unable to bully people into voting for their formation.

• United Nations- Awful. If I were president I would issue a notice for the UN to vacate their East River diggs and move elsewhere. I would form a new organization where membership would require being a democracy and a level of human rights modeled after our own Bill of Rights.

• War in Iraq- Necessary to combat radical Islam. Many don't realize that the decision to invade Iraq was made during the Clinton administration. George Bush just followed through with it. This war is the only way to fight Iran without them nuking our allies. It's a proxy war and people don't get it.

• Welfare- If you are disabled, you deserve our support. If you are just down on your luck and can't seem to muster up a steady job then sorry- you don't.

• Wiretapping- illegal without probable cause. Democrats and a lot of libertarians want you to believe that because of the Patriot Act, the FBI is monitoring your phone calls to the grandparents. This is not true. They are monitoring phone calls made from US cell phones to positively identified Islamic terrorists abroad.
